Clear 2x3m of floor space and get three towels ready – two large ones for the practitioner’s table, and a smaller one for the headrest.

Make sure the temperature and lighting is comfortable in the room, and give your practitioner any extra guidance they need for getting into your building by leaving them some notes on the Urban app.

You’re required to keep your underwear on. Besides that, any other clothing is optional and your practitioner will work around it.

They’ll give you some time to undress in private before they start your treatment, too.
