Common questions about at-home facials
All Urban pros are qualified in every treatment they offer to leave you feeling relaxed. We check their experience, qualifications and kit to make sure you get relaxing facial treatments at home, every time. Read more about how we pre-vet pros.
Most of our facials are 60 minutes long, but being in a rush shouldn't stop you from getting the healthy skin of your dreams – the express 25 facial can get you there in just 25 minutes.
Yes! But let your therapist know in advance so they can switch to pregnancy-safe products. We also offer a specific pregnancy glow facial.
It depends on your skin type, but if glowy skin is your goal, your therapist will tailor any treatment accordingly – or pick the bespoke facial for a completely customised experience. Otherwise, our hydrating facial is the go-to for dewy, hydrated, radiant skin and clearer pores.
For facials, you’ll need:
- About 2x3m of floor space for the table (about the size of a yoga mat with enough space to walk around the edge).
Two large towels, plus one small towel for the headrest
