We’ve met each one in person to vouch for their knowledge, techniques and skill in guiding you to a calm and centred state, anchored in steady breathing.
Pick a longer session and you’ll be paired with a specialist in evidence-based mindfulness. They’ll chat with you about how you’re feeling before laying out the principles of mindfulness – yours to use whenever you want to bring some clarity to the present moment. They’ll guide you (or simply let silence guide you) into a meditative state, giving you space and time to observe your thoughts and feelings. At the end of the session, they’ll gently invite you to return to the room before chatting with you about your experience.
