Sculpting massage benefits
Increased blood flow and collagen production
Reduced cellulite appearance (usually after a few treatments and when paired with other lifestyle changes)
Improves lymphatic drainage throughout the body
Why we recommend it
This energising massage can enhance circulation and lessen the appearance of cellulite by increasing collagen production.
According to lead therapist Nadège, "Some people don't get it, some aren't bothered by it, and others embrace it." But a sculpting massage can be helpful if you want to tackle cellulite.
In order to stimulate blood flow, break down cellulite, and smooth things out, this treatment uses firm pressure, quick movements, cupping techniques, and rolling.
What to expect
Your mobile massage therapist will bring everything needed for your treatment, including the massage table. You'll just need to grab some towels for the table (we recommend two large ones and a smaller one for the headrest).
Your therapist will ask you which body parts you'd like them to concentrate on. They might use a brush to stimulate the blood flow before applying oil to your skin in quick, firm strokes that concentrate on the areas you've highlighted.
You'll hop off the table feeling energised and lighter thanks to the vigorous techniques used.
