During your treatment

A Thai yoga massage is a truly personal experience.

Your expert therapist will take the time to sit down and talk through what you want to get from your treatment, as well as taking your physical and spiritual needs into account.

This treatment is performed fully clothed, and you’ll be carefully guided you through your practice by your therapist. Please wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms.

They’ll target acupressure points with thumbs, elbows, forearms and feet, alongside releasing stretches. Get ready to feel good.
