Our recommendation

“This treatment ticks so many boxes” says Nadège, our lead therapist. “It’s perfect at any point during the day, as it both revitalises and relaxes your body, and it promotes both physical and mental wellbeing too.” A Thai Yoga treatment can increase flexibility and help to manage pain in your shoulders, neck and back.

During your treatment

A Thai yoga massage is a truly personal experience.

Your expert therapist will take the time to sit down and talk through what you want to get from your treatment, as well as taking your physical and spiritual needs into account.

This treatment is performed fully clothed, and you’ll be carefully guided you through your practice by your therapist. Please wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms.

They’ll target acupressure points with thumbs, elbows, forearms and feet, alongside releasing stretches. Get ready to feel good.

Probably not the treatment for you if:

You’re feeling unwell and/or you or anyone in your household needs to self-isolate or shield.

You’ve got high blood pressure, or a history of blood clots.

You’re after a traditional table massage. Try a Thai Massage with Oil instead.

If you are at any stage of your pregnancy please look at a pregnancy massage which you can have after your first trimester

You don’t like pressure - pick a Relaxing or Urban Classic treatment instead

Chat safety with your pro via instant message

After you’ve booked, you’ll be able to contact your pro via instant messaging. It’s your chance to let your pro know if you’d definitely rather they wore a mask, to find out their vaccination status, or to check if they’re using public transport to get to you.

We recommend reaching out to your pro with useful safety information, too. Let them know if you’ve recently had a negative Covid test, or check whether they’d like you to wear a mask.
