During your treatment

Your therapist is a total pro and will tailor the treatment to you, taking time to find out if there’s anywhere in particular you’d like them to focus on.

This treatment uses tonnes of tapotement techniques – rapid rhythmic tapping and pounding.

These are mixed in with effleurage (long strokes) and kneading to get your blood pumping and oxygen flowing.

Expect to finish feeling awakened and ready to take on the day.
