Sports massage encourages blood flow circulation which increases oxygen to the muscles which helps with recovery.

It helps to prevent from injury by stretching the tissues and realigning the muscles fibres which optimise their functionality and it will improve the range of movement.

During your treatment

Your therapist will chat through your medical history and any current or past injuries, and will perform a postural and gait analysis too.

They’ll use oil, wax or lotion to carry out the treatment using some, or all, of the techniques mentioned above. Get ready to start smashing those PBs!
