Our recommendation

Day in, day out, your tissues hold onto toxins in your body. This retention ups its game when you’ve been on big nights out or aren’t moving much. “Your lymphatic system is instrumental in protecting you from infection, poor health and disease.“ explains our Lead Therapist, Nadège “A super-gentle Lymphatic Massage is a great way to drive out these negative toxins and get your immune system recharged.”

During your treatment

Our massage therapists are pros, they will tailor the treatment to your specifications.

Before it begins, they’ll take the time to assess your medical history and use this to adapt their treatment.

This type of massage uses light pressure, slow pace and soft pumping movements on the lymph nodes to open them up.

While it’s not a massage that’s created to make you feel relaxed, you might find yourself feeling tired after it - which is completely normal, it's just those toxins getting flushed out of your system.

Drink lots of water after your treatment to help flush them out of your system.

Probably not the treatment for you if:

You’re feeling unwell and/or you or anyone in your household needs to self-isolate or shield.

You want a massage that uses firmer pressure - pick a Urban Classic instead

Have just had surgery -  consider check with your doctor before booking any treatment

You have active infection or active blood clots

If you are at any stage of your pregnancy please look at a pregnancy massage which you can have after your first trimester
