Lymphatic drainage

A gentle massage to rebalance vital systems of the body.

You've got

Bloating, fatigue, soreness post-surgery

Encourages the flow of lymph and improves circulation.

Boosts energy levels and helps soothe anxiety.

Supports post-surgery recovery, and can help prevent swollen joints.

Our recommendation

“Your lymphatic system is a network of tissues lying just under the skin that works to protect you from infection, poor health and disease,” explains our lead therapist Nadège.

“A super-gentle lymphatic massage works to move waste fluid around the body more effectively and support the normal functioning of your immune system.”

During your treatment

This type of massage uses light pressure at a slow pace, with soft pumping movements on the lymph nodes to open them up.

While it’s not designed to make you feel sleepy, it’s completely normal to feel a little tired afterwards (and to need to pee!) as waste products are flushed out of your system. Drinking lots of water after your treatment will help.

Probably not the treatment for you if:

You’re feeling unwell and/or you or anyone in your household needs to self-isolate or shield.

You’ve just had surgery – check with your doctor before booking.

You have an active infection or blood clots.

You're pregnant; try a specialist pregnancy treatment instead which you can have after your first trimester.

You want a massage that uses firmer pressure, try an Urban classic instead.
