In 2026, we launched Urban cleaning services with a simple idea: extend the same trusted, vetted care our wellness customers already know — into their homes too.
Today, Urban connects clients with vetted home care pros across London. And we're just getting started.
What matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and good references.
To join, you'll need:
Right to work in the UK
A Basic DBS check
Two references from past employers
Public liability insurance — if you don't already have a policy, we've partnered with Superscript to offer Urban cleaning pros 10% off their premium (more info at application)
You'll also complete a short online training module before you're fully active on the platform.
You're in control of where and when you work, all made easy via the Urban Pro app.
Using the diary feature, you simply tap dates and times when you're happy for clients to book you.
When you add availability, you're committing to being bookable during that time. That means if you get booked, you won't have the choice to accept or decline the booking.
If you can no longer make it, you can cancel — but how we handle it depends on how often it happens. Your first two cancellations in every 50 bookings are free of charge. From your 3rd to 5th, a small handling fee applies. Beyond that, we'll review your partnership with Urban. Cancelling within 60 minutes of the booking time always incurs a fee, regardless of how many cancellations you've had.
Yes, clients choose their service and their Pro, with individual bios, ratings and reviews to help guide them.
They can book using the Urban app or website and will see your profile if you’ve added hours for the time they’d like to book.
Yes – when you join, we’ll send you ready-to-use social media graphics and your personalised booking link so you can let your followers know you're available on Urban.
You can message or call your clients directly through the app – no need to share your personal number.
Once a booking is confirmed, in-app chat becomes available. You’ll also be able to call the client (with your number hidden) within two hours of the appointment.

We’ve built several safeguards into the app – including check-in tools, GPS tracking and a 24/7 support team. Our strict ‘know the line’ policy helps protect you and makes sure that clients follow the rules too.
