Prices depend on the type and length of the massage, as well as the time of day and week you book. 

Express massages are our cheapest, starting from £64 in London for a 45-minute treatment, while the popular deep tissue massage starts at £74 for 60 minutes.

For the massage table (that your therapist will bring) you’ll need about 2x3m of floor space. That’s about the size of a yoga mat, with enough space to walk around the edge.

Yes! We offer same-day appointments, with therapists available from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week. Just check availability, choose your time and book when it suits you best.

Yes, you'll need to supply towels to cover the massage table and yourself. We recommend two large towels (or old sheets) and a smaller one for the headrest. Dark colours are best if you want to protect your towels from massage oil.

Every Urban pro goes through a thorough vetting process. We run background checks, verify qualifications and make sure they’re fully insured. You can also view profiles and ratings for each therapist when you book.

We follow strict hygiene practices to ensure your safety, including thorough cleaning of equipment after every session. Additionally, we have a zero-tolerance policy for unprofessional behaviour, so you can rest assured that you’re in good hands. Read more about our safety measures here.

Yes, we offer fully customisable massage sessions. From massage type to pressure level and extras like aromatherapy, you can tailor your session to suit your needs. You’ll see all the options to customise your experience when you book.

We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, or within 10 minutes of placing your booking. If you cancel with less notice, we'll charge a fee based on how much notice you give.

Yes, Urban gift cards are a lovely way to treat someone special! You can send a digital gift card for any treatment, letting the recipient choose their preferred massage type and time.

If you're in London you can book over 30 home treatments including manicures and pedicures, lash extensions, brow tints, facials, Hollywood waxing and more.

We also offer at-home osteopathy and physiotherapy, without the need for GP referrals.

Across the rest of the UK, including Manchester and Birmingham, we currently only offer massage.
