Your lash expert will individually replace any eyelash extensions that are loose or growing out with fresh ones. They’ll fill gaps along the lash line to ensure even coverage with fans of two to three Russian Volume lashes.
During your treatment
Your lash expert will begin by placing protective pads on your lower lashes and then preparing your upper lashes with a special cleanser and tape if needed.
Next, with your eyes closed, they will get to work replacing any extensions that have grown out or are no longer looking tip-top. At this stage, you can also choose to go shorter or longer with your extensions than the last session.
Appointments typically take around 70 minutes, however the longer you leave between lash appointments, the longer it will take for an infill. You need to have at least 50% of your original lash extensions in place for an infill, otherwise it’s time to rebook another full-set appointment.

You're pregnant.
You don’t currently have Russian Volume extensions – this is a top-up appointment for those who have had a full-set of 2D-3D extensions in the past two to four weeks.
You’ve left it too long between appointments – if you can count the number of extensions you have on it’s probably time to book a new full set.
