Group bookings FAQs
Fill out the form here/ above, giving us as many details as possible about your booking. If for any reason you can’t use the form, please email us on info@urban.co. We respond to group booking queries within 2-3 working days.
Your booking will need to be paid for in full using one credit or debit card, payments are taken via our Customer Support at the time of booking. We’re unable to confirm or secure bookings without full payment.
For group bookings we’ll need 2-3 working days notice to arrange your therapists.
We allow group bookings for up to 4 people for blow dries, make up, nails and massage. Please consider the space you have, especially for massage where you’ll need at least 2x3m per person. For couples massage, please see FAQ below.
To cancel your group booking, please contact us on info@urban.co or send us a message on live chat at least 2-3 working days before your booking is due to start so we can process the cancellation. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee, fees can be found here.
