Urban Rewards terms & conditions

INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US

  • We are Urban Massage Ltd trading as “Urban”.

  • We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08771289.

  • We have our registered office at Office 18 64-66 Wingate Square, London, England, SW4 0AF. Our registered VAT number is GB 210 922 547.

  • You can contact us at info@urban.co or via our online chat service.

  • Where we need to contact you, we will do so by using the email address, the telephone number or postal address you have provided to us.

  • When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these Terms, this includes emails.

TERMS

  • These Terms relate to our provision of the “Urban - Rewards Scheme” (Rewards Scheme).

  • You can find more information about the Rewards Scheme in our FAQ section available here

  • Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms tell you who we are, the terms and conditions that apply to the Rewards Scheme, how you and we may change or end your use of the Rewards Scheme, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

ACTIVATION

  • Your participation in the Rewards Scheme will begin on the earlier of: you signing up to an Urban account; or you logging into your existing Urban account after launch of the Rewards Scheme (being the “Activation Date”).

REWARDS SCHEME

  • From your Activation Date, you will automatically earn Rewards Points for all Qualifying Purchases. Please see our FAQs for further details on the exclusions which apply to Qualifying Purchases (e.g. cancellations and changed bookings).

  • You do not have to pay to be enrolled in the Rewards Scheme.

  • You will not benefit from Rewards Points for any purchases from us prior to your Activation Date.

  • We will automatically provide you with 50 bonus Rewards Points upon your Activation Date.

  • You will receive a Reward Point for each £1 (GBP) spent through a Qualifying Purchase. We may increase the number of Rewards Points for each £1 (GBP) spent during promotional periods.

  • You will qualify for a Membership Level once your Rewards Points have reached a certain level. Details of the various Membership Levels are available in the FAQs.

  • Upon achieving a Membership Level you will automatically benefit from access to the Rewards for that Membership Level.

  • Your use of the Rewards will not reduce the Rewards Points you have obtained. However, your Rewards may come with additional terms to comply with (e.g. a Reward needs to be used within a specific period from issue). We will provide you with details of any specific terms applying to a Reward either through the FAQs or upon the Reward being issued.

  • Your Rewards Points will reset to zero at the end of each Membership Year. However, once you have activated a Membership Level you will remain at least at the Membership Level for the remainder of that Membership Year and the following Membership Year. However, you may go up to a higher Membership Level if your Qualifying Purchases hit the relevant threshold for that Membership Level.

    The following terms shall apply in this clause 4:

    • “Membership Levels” the membership levels of the Rewards Schemes as described in the FAQs;

    • “Membership Year” a 12 month period commencing with the Activation Date or any anniversary of it; 

    • “Qualifying Purchases” any purchase of treatments from us including Get A Drip treatment (but excluding any gift card purchases or pro tips), as further described in the FAQs;

    • “Rewards” the rewards which you are entitled to through the Rewards Scheme once you achieve a Membership Level, with details of the rewards further detailed in the FAQs;

    • “Rewards Points” the reward points you collect in relation to the Rewards Scheme through Qualifying Purchases as described in these Terms and the FAQs.

    MONTHLY GIVEAWAYS

    • While you are participating in the Rewards Scheme, we will enter you automatically into a free draw for a massage (“Monthly Giveaway”) once your Rewards Points reach 100 points during a Membership Year.

    • Your entitlement to participate in the Monthly Giveaway will stop once your Rewards Points reach 400 points during any Membership Year.

    • We conduct the Monthly Giveaway on a random basis and will notify you via email if you are a winner.

    • You will have to use the free massage granted through the Monthly Giveaway within a period of 12 months’ from the date you are notified of winning.

    YOUR LOCATION

    • Our Rewards Scheme is only available to our customers who are located in the United Kingdom.

    • Whilst customers located outside of the United Kingdom can purchase services from us, they will not be able to participate in the Rewards Scheme.

    AGE CRITERIA

  • You have to be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Rewards Scheme.

  • YOUR RIGHT TO END PARTICIPATION WITH THE REWARDS SCHEME

    • You can end your participation in the Rewards Scheme by contacting us at info@urban.co or via our online chat service. 

      Upon termination of your participation in the Rewards Scheme:

    • Your Reward Points will automatically be forfeited;

    • you will not be entitled to any monetary payment for the Rewards Points forfeited under clause 8.2.1;

    • you will not be entitled to claim any new Rewards; 

    • you will be able to use the Rewards already claimed prior to your participation in the Rewards Scheme ceasing (subject to any terms applying to those Rewards, including any Reward expiry dates).

  • OUR RIGHTS TO END YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REWARDS SCHEME

    • We may end your participation in the Rewards Scheme at any time by writing to you in the event of your breach or violation of our general terms and conditions mentioned in clause 12 of these Terms.

    • If we terminate your participation in the Rewards Scheme in accordance with clause 9.1, you will:

    • not be able to benefit from any new Rewards which you would have been entitled to under your Membership Level; and

    • automatically forfeit any existing Rewards which you have claimed but have not yet been used.

  • OUR RIGHTS TO END THE REWARDS SCHEME

    • We may end the Rewards Scheme at any time by providing reasonable written notice of the end of the Scheme along with the date which the Rewards Scheme will end (“Rewards Scheme Closure Date”).

    • We shall provide you with at least 30 days’ written notice of the Rewards Scheme Closure Date.

    • Upon our closure of the Rewards Scheme:

    • you may continue to accrue Rewards Points up to the Rewards Scheme Closure Date;

    • you will have to claim any Rewards you are entitled to by the Rewards Scheme Closure Date;

    • you will not be entitled to any monetary payment for the Rewards Points accrued, which shall automatically be forfeited the day after the Rewards Scheme Closure Date; and

    • you will be able to use the Rewards already claimed prior to the Rewards Scheme Closure Date (subject to any terms applying to those Rewards, including any Reward expiry dates).

COMPLAINTS

We will do our best to resolve any complaints or problems you have with us regarding the Rewards Scheme. Please contact us at info@urban.co.

  • HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will use your personal information in relation to the Rewards Scheme as set out in our Privacy Notice which can be accessed at https://urban.co/en-gb/privacy-policy.

  • SERVICES

Where you use Rewards from the Rewards Scheme to purchase treatments or services using the Urban platform, your use of such services is subject to our general terms and conditions, which can be found here: https://urban.co/en-gb/legal.

  • VARIATION

    • We may vary these Terms from time to time.

    • We will provide you with reasonable notice of the changes to these Terms (being at least 30 days’) – with details being available on our website and/or sent to you via email.

    • If you do not agree to our changes to the Terms, you should stop using the Rewards Scheme and end your participation in the Rewards Scheme according to the terms set out in clause 8.

  • TRANSFERRING YOUR CONTRACT

    • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will contact you to let you know if we plan to do this.

    • You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.

  • THIRD PARTIES

    No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. We do not need the consent of any third party to amend these Terms.

SEPARATE TERMS

Each of the clauses of these Terms operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.

  • DELAY IN EXERCISING RIGHTS

    • We will aim to enforce these Terms promptly. However, if we delay in enforcing these Terms, we can still enforce it later. 

    • If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking these Terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

  • LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
