Tiredness, aches, anxiety

Benefits of postnatal massage

  • Soothes mind and body as you recover from giving birth

  • Deeply relaxes to support your emotional wellbeing

  • Boosts blood flow and stimulates lymph to reduce swelling

Our recommendation

Our lead therapist Nadège says: “We’ve designed this massage to support your physical and emotional recovery from five days after giving birth*, including after miscarriage or stillbirth.

“As hormones rebalance and your body rebuilds, long, gentle massage strokes boost circulation and help drain excess fluids, all while comforting mind and body.”

*Always check with your medical practitioner before booking.

During your treatment

All postnatal massages are performed by therapists who’ve undergone specific training, so feel free to ask any questions you might have before your treatment starts.

Your therapist will begin with a full consultation before making sure you’re in a position that’s most comfortable for you.

They’ll use a variety of techniques and pressure adapted to your needs, whether you’re looking to ease specific tension or simply want to relax.

They’ll finish with aftercare tips to help you get ongoing benefit from your treatment.

Probably not the treatment for you if:

You just gave birth; we recommend waiting at least five days after giving birth before booking, even if uncomplicated.

You haven’t consulted your medical practitioner after a complicated birth or miscarriage; we recommend doing so before booking.

You’re recovering from a C-section; we recommend waiting at least six weeks and consulting a medical professional before booking.
