Chiva Som

After an initial consultation, staff at Chiva Som will suggest the best therapies and workout routines for you. There’s a vast range of treatments on offer here, from acupuncture to crystal healing and chakra balancing, as well as nearly every exercise activity you can think of. Built around a former Buddhist monk cave, Kamalaya offers a range of wellness programmes to help with stress, emotional balance and detox among other things. Personal mentoring and life coaching are on offer alongside traditional holistic therapies from visiting practitioners. Located in beautiful Koh Samui, Absolute Sanctuary is home to some of the country’s best practitioners.
