To learn more about your experience and check your skills fit the role.
3. A take-home task
We’ll set you an hour-long task that reflects what you’d be doing in the role.
4. A final interview
With your hiring manager and Urban’s CEO for a sense of wider cultural fit.

We’re committed to making sure that we recruit a diverse mix of colleagues who are representative of our wider community, knowing that a wide range of experiences and ideas enriches the work we do.
Day to day, that means we’re committed to:

It also means being tough on discrimination in all its forms, and we do that by:
Having disciplinary procedures in place, and following them when we spot misconduct in action
Taking complaints about bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination extremely seriously, and investigating them thoroughly
