Emma is a British Olympian and fitness competitor who specialises in various massage techniques including sport and deep tissue massage therapy. Her goals as a therapist include to incorporate a variety of massage techniques to achieve a relaxing yet highly effective massage that relieves tight aching muscles, help speed recovery from training and prevent overuse injuries.
Emma is also a qualified advanced level personal trainer and fitness coach who strives to get her clients in the best shape using various training methods including high and moderate intensity interval training, low impact training, running, strength and core training to achieve the best results for her clients.
