The best therapist for deep tissue massage. Julie is super experienced, detailed and thorough in her skills. She works deep into your muscle and joints. Her scalp massage is also best in class. What’s more, she’s extremely nice and indeed listen to her client’s different needs

Julie gave me the best sports massage I have ever had!! I’m so so happy and pleased I chose her. Julie arrived early to ensure she was set up for the start of the appointment, and took her time throughout the treatment, stretching and releasing areas of tension as she came across them. Julie massaged muscle groups I didn’t know I had and that have never been manipulated by a masseuse before. She tailored the entire treatment around my focus areas based on my training for the London marathon, and adjusted as she discovered different areas of soreness. There was no knot left unattended to (from head to toe!). Julie was also able to help me learn about different muscles as she worked, as well as advising on stretching to do following the treatment. I couldnt recommend her more, as someone who is focussed on their exercise and health, this was an amazing addition to routine and I have no doubt will have an impressive impact on my recovery.
