I recently booked the deep cleanse Facial with Urban, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My beautician, Jordon M, took the time to ask about my skin concerns and tailored the treatment accordingly, focusing on hydrating my skin. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing—gentle exfoliation, steam, a soothing mask, and a heavenly massage of my face. Jordon M explained each step as she went, which I appreciated. She also gave me a few tips for maintaining my skin at home, without pushing products.
