I have just had a session with Fabio and am so pleased I did. He intently listened to my issue with my injury and analysed the situation for me clearly. He gave me practical advice regarding going back to exercising and building back up. The massage and acupuncture he did for me were really good. I could feel a relieving click as he aligned and stretched the area of my legs and hips. After the treatment, the area of where the pain was felt warm and pain free. Fabio is clearly highly qualified and has a wealth of practical knowledge with different clients and symptoms, his personal sports experience also helped him to understand more how my injury affected me. I can’t recommend him enough.

Fabio was amazing, I have been suffering with severe & agonising neck tension and pain post partum. He took the time to listen and understand what the problem was and was very careful and considerate in his approach. I would highly recommend him.

Such an informative session where time was given before and after to discuss the issues, trying to pinpoint the triggers and then a plan for how to approach training and rehab. Incredibly knowledgable, very reassuring and has given me homework to do, so we can review in a couple of weeks time. The 5 star feedback speaks for itself.
