I loved Fabio's approach to the body and the mind connection. its taught me a lot about my physical problems which I now know what i need to do in order to fix them.

I have just had a session with Fabio and am so pleased I did. He intently listened to my issue with my injury and analysed the situation for me clearly. He gave me practical advice regarding going back to exercising and building back up. The massage and acupuncture he did for me were really good. I could feel a relieving click as he aligned and stretched the area of my legs and hips. After the treatment, the area of where the pain was felt warm and pain free. Fabio is clearly highly qualified and has a wealth of practical knowledge with different clients and symptoms, his personal sports experience also helped him to understand more how my injury affected me.
