His sessions are effective in supporting my recovery but also practical, with advice on how I can enhance my training efforts whilst avoiding injury. Super knowledgeable, calm and intelligent. Have rebooked a couple of times. Tihamer has the best combination of skill and sensitivity when working with problem areas. Knows when to go deep but also actively work with the tissue to release tension and tone. Always come away learning something, whether it’s a way to manage symptoms or work to avoid irritating the muscle. Fully recommend!
