Incredible as always, Roberto is very knowledgable and gave me excellent advice around my marathon training to reduce knee pain and risk of injury. I had a sports massage on my legs that really helped reduce the knots and improve mobility. This is my 3rd massage with Roberto and will be booking him again in about a month.

The BEST massage I’ve had on Urban. Knew exactly the pressure my body needed and where to focus with his intuition. Will 100% be rebooking and recommend booking to anyone. Excellent sports massage - probably the best I've had. Roberto did a great job at relieving the tension in my muscles that was causing knee pain, and took time to explain everything and apply tape afterwards and just generally be super nice. Highly recommend.

Member of the association for soft tissue therapist, ever since Roberto studied sport science, he has been fascinated by sport and anatomy and started to built his knowledge in sport therapy and sport injuries.
He has continued his learning and understanding of sport rehabilitation by training in sport massage as well as osteopathy.
He is passionate about the therapeutic intervention of massage and soft tissue therapy to promote wellbeing, wellness as well as return to sport after injury.
Roberto is a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine and he is currently studying for his PgDiP in Sport&Exercise Medicine.
Roberto's techniques are holistic and remedial in nature to promote an overall sense of wellbeing.

This was my first massage with Roberto and I can honestly say it was the best I’ve had in ages! He worked on getting loads of knots out my back and shoulders, and gave me some really useful exercises and strengths to do as aftercare. He was so professional, knowledgeable and calming in his approach. Can’t wait to book again with him, would strongly recommend his services!!
