Awesome massage !! Taiwo took the time to assess my specific concerns and tailored the session to target problem areas. The combination of deep tissue work, stretching, and muscle release techniques made a huge difference in my mobility and recovery. I left feeling looser, more balanced, and significantly less sore. This guy is no mediocre therapist, expect some solid strong pressure with amazing techniques.

Brilliant massage. Excellent pressure, love it when a masseuse has the strength to get into the deep tissue. Would book again! I’ve had a headache for weeks because of tightness in my neck/shoulder from an old injury. Because of his knowledge of personal training and sports therapy he was able to locate all of the places connected to the pain and work on the parts that would help release it. He was able to tell me why it was hurting and which parts I need to strengthen and which parts I need to stretch, and showed me moves for all of them.

Was very pleased with my deep tissue massage. The pressure was great and I could feel it working during and after my treatment. Taiwo was friendly and professional, asked about any focus areas, and started the actual massage in a timely manner. Both my partner and I have had massages with him and would recommend.
