Rafal is my magician! He is so knowledgeable about so many aspects of how to look after the body. Any problem I book in a session and he helps sort it! Normally by touching a place in my stomach to fix my back which I would never of thought of! He also has a lovely vibe. Would massively recommend

I love Rafal's energy! He has such passion for his craft. The massage was rigorously methodical, identifying areas of limited mobility and then resolving them one by one by applying a holistic understanding of the body's tissues and lines of energy, explaining throughout what he was doing and why. Rafal also gave advice on areas to self-massage in future (my ribcage, to improve breathing) and pointed to materials to enhance my own understanding. A very intense and productive session - 5 stars!

As a former Paralympian I have a fairly good understanding and interest in muscles and biomechanics but Rafal blew my mind away with the depth of his knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm. He identified the true cause of a particular problem, explained how and why it was related and treated it. The man knows his stuff for sure. Highly recommended.

After 5 years of heavy weight lifting, Rafal was referred for spine surgery and through his own self education and practice has fully recovered.
He loves helping people by using different techniques he has learnt throughout the years.Originally from Poland,
Rafal successfully runs a Integrative Massage Therapy business in Poland and spends most of the year flying, as he works half week in Poland and half week in London with Urban Massage.

Rafal was attentive and skilled. Paid attention to my situation and applied fixes to all over the body to relieve the lower back pain. My pain was mostly gone by the end of the session! He’s also a regular gym goer so he understands the muscle anatomy pretty well.
