Jack gave me the reset I desperately needed for my body and my mind. He's very knowledgeable about pain and the human body, and I felt safe in the knowledge I was in very capable hands for the sciatic pain I was having. Great treatment from Jack. He has a real skill for explaining complex problems in an easy to understand manner that contribute to a persons long term ability to rehabilitate after an injury. I would recommend Jack if you’re in need of an osteopath.

Punctual, polite and very good at what he does. I highly recommend Jack. He really sorted me out. I have terrible scoliosis in my spine that had really become stiffened due to having a baby and then sitting around feeding for 3 years. Jack opened up some very frozen areas I had and gave me some helpful exercises to do after our session as 'home work'. 5 stars.

Jack is an Osteopath with 4 years post-graduate experience, who graduated with a Master’s degree from the British School of Osteopathy. Jack is also ITEC Sports Massage Qualified, in addition Jack is qualified in Western Acupuncture and Dry Needling techniques.
Jack specialises in providing injury diagnosis and pain management and focuses on using manual Osteopathy and Massage techniques tailored to the patient to encourage movement and facilitate rehabilitation.
Jack is a keen believer that educating the patient will achieve the best outcomes with their recovery, therefore he provides personalised at-home programmes to complement in-person treatments, to facilitate a full recovery.
