Bio
Mike completed his massage training in 1993 and has been treating clients since with his holistic and remedial approach. He has practised massage in London, Manchester and the Isle of Wight in that time across a mixture of 5* hotel spas.
Mike spent 7 years working as a gym instructor and personal trainer and believes in massage to support the body’s performance. He is additionally trained in Indian head massage and Thai foot massage, which he enjoys incorporating into his technique.
Mike enjoys practicing yoga, meditation & running and is interested in the study of meditation & Eastern medicine
