Rich was soo good. I had a trapped nerve from all the tension on my back and legs. He was able to give me a diagnosis, give me some streching exercises and advice. His massage was super deep tissue which really benefited me to release all the knots. He was also super nice, I would really recommend. Im much better today and can walk straight.

Rich qualified in 2006 and since then has practised across Dubai, Paris, Ibiza, London and Liverpool. He has also spent time working in the NHS and private healthcare in Physio and sports therapy.
His background in professional dance and personal training gives him a unique understanding of the body, along with the stresses and strains it is put under as a result of daily urban living.

I just had an amazing sports massage with Rich. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing throughout the session, which made me feel comfortable and confident in his hands. He knew the areas that needed the most attention, and I could feel the difference immediately. I would 100% recommend Rich to anyone looking for a very needed sports massage!
