I have cervical, thoracic, and lumbar hernias, so I’ve had my fair share of bodywork—and I can confidently say Marek is exceptional. He intuitively understood exactly how much pressure to apply, and his technique with deep tissue manipulation was both precise and incredibly effective. I walked in with pain and tension, and walked out feeling like I could move freely again. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Truly one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend, especially if you need someone skilled and sensitive to complex back issues.

This was not a light, relaxing massage—it was the real deal. Every muscle group was worked on meticulously. The pressure was deep but never overwhelming, Marek constantly checked in to ensure it was at my comfort level.

Absolutely incredible massage. Marek is such a talented massage therapist. He really knows how to work the muscles. I asked for strong pressure and that is exactly what i got. Just at the limit of working the muscles at the maximum, without it hurting too much. I have built a lot of tightness in my shoulders but I’m feeling so much better after Marek’s massage. I’m already dreaming of when i can book next!
