General

• Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
• Terms and Conditions of the Promoter’s partner Wear The Walk also apply for any prizes related to them.

Eligibility and how to enter

• Entry to the competition is open to all residents of London, Birmingham and Manchester aged 18 and over at the time of entry except employees of the Promoter and Urban Plus members.
• To enter the competition, participants must suggest their tip to de-stress over the Christmas period
• Tip(s) must be posted by the person wishing to enter the competition.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the competition and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
• The tip can be posted on either Instagram or Twitter, but only one prize will be awarded

When to enter

• The competition starts on 04/12/2017 and will end on 08/12/2017 at midnight.

Winners

• Unless stated otherwise, 1 winner will be chosen by the Promoter from all correct entries received by the closing date stated above.
• The winner will be chosen at random.
• The winner details will be available by writing on the Promoter’s social media channels no earlier than 2 weeks after the close of the competition. Only the username of the winner will be mentioned.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entry chosen at random.
• Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner on their social media account.

Prizes

• The winner of the competition will be offered one free massage and a 2-month subscription from the Promoter’s partner “Wear The Walk”
• The free massage will be offered to the winner as a credit added to their Urban Massage account, of the amount equal to the prize of a 1-hour massage
• The prizes as stated are strictly not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered

Privacy

• By submitting their tips(s) as competition entries, participants give the Promoter permission to use them on their website, adverts or social media platforms
