Is there a code of conduct for clients?

Yes – clients agree to follow Urban’s code of conduct to help keep every treatment safe, respectful and professional for both sides.

Here’s what it covers:

Before your treatment

• Make sure the space is clean, safe and comfortable
• Shower and wash your hands if you can

During your treatment

• Underwear must be worn on the lower half at all times
• Sexual comments, even as jokes, are never okay
• Inappropriate touching, staring or gestures aren’t accepted

Urban has a zero-tolerance policy for suggestive behaviour – it’s treated as sexual harassment and leads to immediate account deactivation and a full investigation.

Respecting your therapist

• Avoid personal questions
• Be mindful of cultural and religious boundaries
• Use the in-app chat to share any important details, like pets, parking or safety info
• Always ask before taking photos
