The Urban Code of Conduct

All Urban treatments are strictly professional and non-sexual. We expect you to treat your therapist with respect and care, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Before your treatment:

• Make sure your home feels clean, safe and comfortable for you and your pro
• Take a quick shower before a massage (don’t forget your feet)
• Wash your hands before nail treatments
  
  

Respect personal boundaries

During your treatment, please:

• Wear underwear on your lower half at all times
• Never make sexual comments or requests – even as a joke
• Don’t touch, stare at or make gestures towards your pro
• Don’t expose yourself or show any inappropriate material

Urban takes a zero-tolerance approach to any form of sexual harassment. If you break this code, your account will be deactivated and fully investigated. You will not be able to create another account.

How to create a safe, respectful environment:

A few more ways to make your therapist feel comfortable:

• Avoid personal questions or political discussions
• Respect cultural and religious boundaries
• Use in-app chat to share practical info ahead of time (e.g. pets, parking, illness)
• Always ask for consent before taking any photos during your treatment
• Each session is for one person only – you can’t split your treatment time between multiple people
