Can I change my pro or treatment?

Yep! If you’d like to switch your pro or treatment, the easiest way is to cancel your existing booking and rebook through the app:

1. Open the app and tap ‘Bookings’
2. Select your booking under ‘Upcoming’
3. Tap Cancel
4. Choose to get refunded with credits — this adds the value straight back to your account so you can rebook right away
5. Place your new booking with your preferred pro
   
   

To keep the same pro, but change the date/time:

1. Open the app and tap ‘Bookings’
2. Select your booking under ‘Upcoming’
3. Tap Reschedule
4. Pick a new date and time, then confirm
   
   

Fees may apply

If you make changes within 24 hours of your appointment, we’ll charge you a fee to cover the pro’s time. The app will always explain these before you confirm.
