A client wants to extend a booking but I have another booking after and don't have time. How do I handle the situation?

If a client wants to extend a treatment but you don’t have time due to another booking, we advise you tell the client that you’d like to extend the treatment however you already have another appointment after and will not have time to do it.

You can suggest that they book a longer treatment next time (90 or 120 min treatments).
