A booking has just come through but I can’t make it – what should I do?
If you had availability in your diary, the booking was confirmed based on that — so we do expect you to attend. However, we understand that things can happen.
Cancel the booking as soon as you can
If something comes up and you really can’t make it, cancel the booking as soon as possible in the app or message us via live chat or email at info@urban.co.
Here’s how our cancellation policy works
- Your first two cancellations per 50 bookings are free
- On your 3rd and 4th, we’ll charge a small handling fee
- On your 5th, we’ll charge a larger fee and review your partnership
