As well as interviewing key fitness figures we like to break down how and why some of our wellbeing inspirations have managed to make it to the top. This week we’re talking about why we’re inspired by Harry Jameson.
One of the UK’s most sought-after personal trainers, Harry is taking the fitness community by storm. Not only is he great at what he does (he was crowned the UK’s best hotel personal trainer by Tatler magazine last year for his work at The Langham) but he has also managed to do what many fitness professionals only dream of, turn his passion into a full blown brand. Harry’s work stretches from one-on-one training sessions to exotic retreats managed by his team of experts. When it comes to health and wellbeing, no-one has turned it into a business better than Harry.
The key to Harry’s success lies in his ability to turn his hand to many things. As well as being a personal trainer to high profile clients, including Bahraini royals, he pens a monthly health and fitness column for Esquire UK, is an ambassador for Press juices and is the founder of the Jameson Retreat. By working across a variety of different projects Harry has managed to create an inspirational brand that people want to be a part of.
Harry’s career catapulted further after launching his retreat targeting a gap in the market for a wellbeing getaway that worked on building up strength rather than just purely detoxing.. By harnessing this potential space in the wellbeing industry, he crafted an intensive seven night programme in Sicily. Here stress and sleep are monitored as well as diet and body mapping, and daily deep tissue massages are given to participants following their personal training workouts. This well-rounded approach to fitness proves Harry knows that a good masseuse can dramatically improve your overall health and wellbeing, allowing you to reach your fitness goals quicker and easier. Any aspiring personal trainers should take notes, this is how you build a well-rounded brand that works.
