Why did I get a booking outside my service area?

There are two reasons why this might happen


1. The client booked before you updated your service areas
If you were available in that area when they booked, the appointment still stands — even if you’ve since changed your service area.
2. Your rebooking settings are switched on

There’s a setting that lets previous clients rebook you, even if they’re no longer in your service area. You can turn this off in your settings — but if it’s on, and a booking comes in, you’ll need to attend.
