What should I do if a client asks to book me outside of Urban?
Stay professional and set boundaries
If a client asks to see you outside of Urban, it’s best to explain that all bookings need to stay on the platform. You can let them know it’s part of your agreement with Urban.
When bookings stay on the platform, both you and the client are protected by:
- Insurance cover
- Safety support
- Booking reminders and updates
- Easier calendar and payment management
Arranging bookings outside the app breaches your agreement
Sharing personal contact details or arranging bookings outside of the app is a breach of your partnership agreement with us. If this happens, we’ll need to deactivate your profile.
