What settings can I change in the app?

You can update the following directly in the app:

  • Service areas
  • Treatments you offer
  • Diary availability
  • Reviews shown on your profile
  • Rebooking preferences
  • Password
  • Request availability settings

These settings need to be updated by our support team:

  • Profile picture
  • Biography
  • Languages spoken
  • Years of experience
  • Transport mode
