What happens if a client cancels or is late?

If a client cancels:

  • Less than 2 hours before the booking = You get 100% of your fee
  • Within 24 hours = You get 30% of your fee
  • More than 24 hours before = No payment

Clients have a 10-minute grace period right after booking to cancel for free. If they cancel within that window, you won’t receive a cancellation fee.

If a client’s late or doesn’t show up, you’ll still be paid in full.
