What happens if a client cancels or is late?
If a client cancels:
- Less than 2 hours before the booking = You get 100% of your fee
- Within 24 hours = You get 30% of your fee
- More than 24 hours before = No payment
Clients have a 10-minute grace period right after booking to cancel for free. If they cancel within that window, you won’t receive a cancellation fee.
