- Portable treatment table
- Disposable table and face rest cover
- Disinfectant wipes or spray
- Consultation forms
- Smartphone

You’re welcome to bring any additional equipment you typically use in your sessions.
You must spend at least 45-mins at the booking
Clients pay for a 60-minute session, this includes setup time, assessment, treatment, aftercare advice and pack-down.
If a client tells us you were there for less than 45 minutes, we'll only pay you half your fee – unless there was a valid reason you couldn't treat them.
When a treatment isn’t suitable
If you arrive and the patient needs a different specialist, explain why, skip the treatment and let us know. If you spot this before arrival, contact us straight away.
Keep your notes and records secure
- Use two-step protection (e.g., passworded laptop locked away)
