Oncology massage is a specialist treatment that safely supports people living with or recovering from cancer.
This is a gentle, adapted form of massage that works safely alongside treatments like chemotherapy or radiotherapy. It’s suitable at every stage — from diagnosis through to recovery.
Your role is to offer that moment of calm, care and connection. Many therapists tell us it’s some of the most rewarding work they’ve done.
Urban doesn’t take a cut from oncology massage
The treatment is priced low — just enough to cover your pay and processing fees.
Prefer to offer the treatment free of charge? Just let us know. We’ll give you a promo code you can share with clients, and we’ll note this on your profile. If a client accidentally pays, we’ll refund it.
You can offer this treatment if:
- You hold a recognised oncology massage qualification
- You’re a qualified massage therapist and have worked with cancer patients in a medical setting for at least 3 months (with references)
- You’re a qualified massage therapist and nurse, and have regularly treated cancer patients (with references)
