Collect a consent form every time
As we can't currently support patch testing in advance, clients need to sign a disclaimer before you begin the treatment.
- Always collect a signed consent form before starting the appointment
- If your client has signed the form and experiences a reaction, we won’t issue compensation
- If there's no signed form, your malpractice insurance may need to step in
