Brow treatments are currently available in London only.

  • Definition brows (50 min) 
  • Brow tint & shape (20 min) 
  • Brow shaping (10 min)

Your equipment checklist

Bring this kit to every booking and include it in your onboarding photo:

  • Brow lamination kit
  • Tinting products
  • Waxing or threading tools 
  • Brow brushes, tweezers, small scissors, cotton pads
  • Pre- and post-wax products (if waxing)
  • Gloves, couch roll, towel
  • Disinfectant wipes or spray, hand sanitiser
  • Consultation and consent forms

Your client provides the towels. If your kit includes extra products you like to use, feel free to show them in your onboarding photo.

We’ll check your kit before you go live to make sure it’s clean, complete and ready for bookings.

To offer brow treatments on Urban, you’ll need:

  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS issued in the last 12 months
  • A CPD in brow lamination lets you offer all four services
  • NVQ Level 2 beauty therapy or NVQ Level 2 lash & brow treatments also cover tint & shape and shaping

Insurance must list every brow service you provide

  • Brow lamination and definition brows need to be named on your policy
  • A CPD-only therapist must show these treatments on their cover

Onboarding and assessment steps

  1. Complete a short brow questionnaire (60 % pass mark)
  2. Upload a clear photo of your full kit (all items visible)
  3. Send your qualification certificate(s)
  4. If requested, share three recent photos of your work (face, top, side views)

Once we’ve approved your kit and documents, brow services will appear on your Urban profile.
