Offering Bespoke facial

What is a bespoke facial?

Urban's bespoke facial is designed to deliver a truly customised experience for the clients. Heroes will be using salon-grade products, hand-picked to suit client's unique requirements. 

 

Heroes will curate a personalised six-step treatment plan during the treatment

• Consultation and skin analysis
• Double cleansing
• Exfoliation
• Extraction (if needed)
• Mask and massage
• Moisturising and protection

How long does the treatment last? 

The bespoke facial lasts 60 minutes plus 10 minutes to set up. 

If you offer any add-ons, the duration of the add-on will also be added to the total treatment time.

What will clients prepare before the facial?

Clients will be able to provide some towels/blankets for the massage table, plus two small, clean towels. Heroes should also have access to warm water. 

 

What products should you bring?

Heroes need to bring a range of products from a salon-certified brand – you can place this on your bio for clients to check.

 

Products should include high performance formulations containing ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, retinoids, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, niacinamide, peptides, coenzyme Q10, ceramides, AHAs, BHAs and antioxidants.
