Is there a discount code I can give out?

You can offer your clients a 10% discount whenever you like by using the code HERO10 when rebooking.

 

Here is what you should know about the discount: 

We're not sharing/splitting the cost of the discount, we're sharing the 10% discount between you and Urban, so the discount is actually made up of both Hero and Urban taking a 10% cut to both sets of fees.


Here is an example of using the HERO10 discount on an off-peak booking:



The code will only work when applied via the Hero app. If your client cancels or moves the booking to a time where you are unavailable, the discount will no longer apply. That’s because we want to make sure you’re the one getting the booking!

Here is how to offer the discount to your clients:

You must rebook for your client via the Hero App to offer the Hero10 discount, and you must be checked-in to the booking.

  • In the booking page, scroll down and select "Rebook"
  • Select the treatment, duration and date/time
  • Click to "Enter new discount code" and enter Hero10, you'll see the Promo applied
  • "Submit Rebook" and confirm the client has authorised the booking
