How is the list of available therapists sorted?

When clients browse available Pros, the list is sorted by relevance. This takes into account:

• Whether the client has marked you as a favourite – favourites always get prioritised
• Your distance from the client’s location at the time they’ve chosen – closer therapists show higher, to help reduce travel time
• Your average rating – higher ratings mean higher placement
• Your future availability – the more hours you add over the next two weeks, the higher you’ll appear
