In order to calculate your travel time we use web mapping service that is similar to Google Maps, called HERE.Maps.

To allow for parking, set-up, and other delays that you may expect as a therapist, we also add in some 'buffer time' to the calculation we receive from HERE.Maps. Time travel calculation is as follows:

<ul><li>If you're driving = HERE.Maps calculated travel time +20% (of HERE.Maps calculated travel time) + an extra 20 mins</li><li>If you're transit = HERE.Maps calculated travel time + 20% (of HERE.Maps calculated travel time) + an extra 15 mins</li></ul>

How does travel time calculation work?
