How does rebooking work?
Clients can rebook you in a few different ways:
- Rebooking straight after the appointment: Simply asking if your client would like to rebook straight after their appointment is often the easiest way to go about rebooking. You can show them your availability and they can book using their app.
- Rebooking via the Urban app: Clients can see past treatments on the main screen on the Urban app. They’ll be able to press rebook on there to immediately rebook an appointment.
- HERO10 discount: You can encourage your clients to rebook by offering a 10% discount on their next treatment with you. You can add this discount using the Hero app – we’ll apply half of that discount to your payout and the other half to our cut.
- Normal search through the app: Clients can also search for your name using their app and book you from there, as normal.
Here's are some tips for approaching the conversation with clients:
- Highlight the benefits of having the specific treatment on a regular basis
- Emphasise that rebooking with you straight after the treatment is easier as that way you can agree on the date and time
- Offer your client your HERO10 discount as a great incentive to rebook immediately after their treatment (remember that the 10% discount is even split across Urban’s cut and your fee)
Top tip: Add your availability as far in advance as possible so that they have a good selection of availability to pick from for their next appointment
