How do I upload a new document to my profile?
You can upload a new document to your profile using the Hero app or Hero portal.
On the Hero app:
On the Hero Portal, you have the option to add additional or replace existing documents. These will then be submitted to the Therapist Operations team to review.
- Login to the Hero Portal
- Under 'Account', select 'Documents' from the dropdown menu
- Under the relevant section, select 'Upload' (to add a new document) or 'Replace' (to amend an existing document)
