How do I update my insurance?

When your insurance is coming up for renewal, you will receive an email and a call from one of our team reminding you to upload your newest insurance document. To do this, follow the same instructions as uploading a new certificate:
  1. Login to the Hero Portal
  2. Under 'Account', select 'Documents' from the dropdown menu
  3. Under Insurance documentation, select 'Replace' to upload your new document
This will then let you upload the new document. This will be sent to the Therapist Team for validating. If there are any issues with the document, the team will be in touch.
